I dunno, I once soaked my mate's dog with a hosepipe and then it shook it's hair about and stared at me for a bit. Don't think it was flirting, just a bit peed off at getting wet.

from a girl point of view i would say its flirting. Deep eye contact is something a girl wouldnt do with just any guy ( well i wouldnt) just incase he got the wrong idea, but if shes trying to let you know she'll make all the eye contact she can with you. As well as maybe little touchs and lots of laughing, find a way to flirt back with her...........see how it goes

It sounds very much like flirtation to me, most women wouldn't make deep eye contact as a tease, unless they are dumb, because it isn't safe to give out the wrong signals, there are so many wierdo's out there.

It honestly varies. It can be seen as flirting, but it can also be seen as being cocky. If the person you are trying to flirt is very secure with themselves, then the person will notice you.

its flirting.. flirting with a rude dead end is teasing.
