you can use thinning shears to actually reduce the amount of hair. You can also try to tame it down a bit with oil blends as opposed to just using gels, you need to weigh it down....personally I think almond oil works really well. You dont' use much, you want hardly any on your hands and then you rub it in your hair. I usually do this after I have put the oil on my skin, that way its really only the residual left that gets rubbed into my hair......it will make your hair silky too!

Go to a hairdresser for a layered, razor cut and use conditioner that washes out.

Let it air dry.. Do not blow dry. Try Biosilk hair serum and it may help. I wish I had your problem..LOL..

blow dry your hair with your head upside down, and be sure to completely dry the roots
