You can go to Downtown Disney for free (ride on the boat, feed the ducks, walk around). Peek into the Rainforest Cafe to see the elephants and animals, but don't eat lunch there if you are on a budget. Buy some snacks ahead of time at Walmart and eat outside looking at the water.
See the Lego exhibit. Walk through the shops (but tell the kids ahead of time that they need to wait to buy their Disney souvenir at the flea market booths on 192).

Maybe take a tour of Orlando, like on a bus.

Try going to the movies, bowling, or put-put. Going out for a scoop of ice cream is always fun, too!

It depends on how old your kids are. Young kids are happier with going to the park than with anything money can buy.
