ok, you just obtained a copy of your 3 credit reports and find information on it that belongs to your relative (Your 1st cousin) who you have never lived with and are somewhat close too; the information you find is like their address and some fraudgligent debts which you know are not yours... Also, you dispute it and it is then removed; how would you handle it.. Need your input..

If you've disputed it and it's already removed, that's great. Sometimes that can be a real pain. It sounds like your relative has stolen your identity. If he's done it once, with no repercussions, chances are he'll do it again. You should let him know that you know and if it happens again, you'll press charges.

Basically when you get together with your cousin start talking about how you just got a new credit card (whether you did or not) but first you received your credit report and for some strange unknown reason his/her credit trade lines showed up on your credit history. Let them wiggle. Than just turn around and say if you weren't my cousin I'd beat the ****out of you. And then walk away.

By-the-way, Fraudgligent is spelled fraudulent.

That's good that you had it removed.

Give your cuz a beatdown.

And then go out for drinks.
