could anyone please tell me, how many days in the year should a British kid attend school, officially.?

and how many days on average, allowing for holidays, sickness, etc, etc, do kids actually attend school

48 weeks of the year is the official school year. (240 days)

At least six days a week, like most other countries abroad. From 7:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. You do want to be a smart person later in life, do you not?
