A friend on one of my groups has expressed that she would very much like to have another baby. Her and her husband have been trying to concieve for a while now and their son is 10 months old and nursing. She would like to try using evening primrose capsules to help her concieve but the question is- will this harm her son via the breast milk or harm her milk supply?

She hasn't taken it yet. We really know nothing about it other than it's supposed to help when TTC. That's why I came here. I called MY local pharmacy and they had no answers.

Yes, it's fine. Some nursing moms take it around the time they ovulate to relieve nipple pain.

No at all I used it to help prepare me for child birth and will use it as well for the removal of my IUD.
