Those ages are fine. It's when one of the partys is say under 20 and the other one is over 50 that people tend to frown.

physically no problem,but socially it dependson the country and its traditions, as one night relationship or continues one you prefare be as same age but for marrage it's better to the man older than the woman by some years.
