I believe that is the same kind of bumps I have. I went to the doctor and they gave me some lotion that cleared up most of it, but some over the counter stuff would be Cetaphil.

I think it's probably an irritation from your clothing and possibly because you are perspiring. If you wear fiber of polyester, nylon and rayon they will hold the moisture against your skin and irritate it. Cotton is a better choice. Also if your clothes are too tight in those areas you will be prone to rashes. Try some 100% cotton jeans and tees for a few days and see if it helps clear it up. You can also put on cortisone cream to decrease irritation. Godloveya!

sounds like you have keratosis pilaris. it doesnt really itch or anything, but just looks unpleasant, right?

eucerin dry skin therapy original moisturizing creme (in the tub) will leave the skin super soft and thus make the bumps less noticable. some people say you want to exfoliate, but im not too sure about that because it seems to exacerbate it more for me. but the creme definitely helps.

Ah, that is chicken skin. Im guessing they are small. My sister has that. Just use lotion everyday. Bad news is if it is chicken skin, most likely it wont go away. But its not a disease and it wont cause any health problems. Its just there. A docter can give you prescription lotion stuff to keep it as smooth as possible. lotion can help greatly

It sounds like a skin condition some teens have, and you grow out of it.
nothing I've tried gets RID of it, just wash & using moisterizer helps.
