Either they are looking at you and he lkes you or they aren't looking at you all the time you are just feeling this way because you like him. There is only one way to find out go up there and aske him out. It may be hard, he might say yes, he might say no but this will make you feel a lot better.

You got a short detail there! it is like this: if a boy likes you, he will ask you out or you could see 100% that he likes you when he is shy!

get a hold of your self . go up to him and drop hints to a place that you'll be later. a place that you know he does not go to. if he shows up or better yet offers to go with you then he likes you
