What are the healthiest plants on the planet.?
I know that there are vegetables and plants that provide much more nutrition than traditional grocery store vegetables, and am looking for a list or a guide or something like that to point me towards them.

Carrots, tomatoes (if you consider it a vegetable), celery, cucumbers, lettuce. Here are some other vegetables and their antioxidant values:
