My daughter worked on a Disney Cruise Line as a Children's Counsellor.

She said it was the hardest job she had ever done and that the staff were worked like slaves.

She subsequently moved to Royal Caribbean and the working conditions were much better. She worked for them about four years and did see a lot of the world.

Check out www.wdwcareers.com . They should have more information for you. I do know that the contracts are around 6 or 7 months. Remember that you won't be able to have time off during that time if you wanted to go home to be with your family, like for Christmas. I know a lot of people have loved working for the cruiseline.
