I really love a tasty sausage and have been trying various flavours recently. Pork, honey and mustard. Pancetta and parmesan....any amazing ones that anybody has come across? No gay jokes please.

G'day SneakyStilo,

Thanks for your question.

How about some succulent sausage in sweet cream sauce.

1 lb sausage made from fresh, young, calf's meat
1/4 cup olive
1/4 cup fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh ground red pepper
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup parsley
1/8 cup taragon
1/8 cup basil

Grind the meat coarsely and then knead and pat repeatedly working the meat repeatedly until tender. Work in
the olive oil until moist and slippery. Knead in pepper until the spices permeate the meat.

For the sauce you'll want to use fresh cream, the fresher the better. Heat the sauce until bubbly and add the
herbs.

Mix the fresh, sweet cream with flour, white wine and parsley and let simmer. In a separate pan heat olive oil to
boiling and plunge the sausage patties into the oil,
and turning until crisp and brown.

You might want to enjoy it with a nice chardonnay. I have attached sources for your reference.

Bon Appetit.
