I m 5'9'' and do u think that is ok for me to wear heels about 8cm? Do u think tall girls are ugly or scary, and how can I look shorter?

Why would you want to look shorter? Most short girls want to be taller. You should wear the highest heels that you can. Tall often represents strength and confidence. Even if you don't feel very confident, act like it! No one will know the difference. Also, tall must be a good thing, all supermodels have to be tall and they represent "beauty" at least in the media.

well im 5 11 and i wear heels (though im not sure that i walk well in them). They make the legs look EVEN LONGER AND SLIMMER. However its all a confidence thing, i mean whether YOU feel good in them. Also, comfort is an issue here to. I just started wearing me heels after the "flip flop" season, so im getting used to it all over again (sore footsies at the mo). Just try it and see. And no i dont think they look ugly and scary...more like elegant and sophisticated...need i say more? x

Personally, I wish I was taller. I am 5'7. If you are tall, you should still wear heels. You will only get positive attention I am sure. Keep you legs clean and toned. Show then off with heels. Just picture a pair of long lean legs and when you walk in heels you calves will flex. Im sure you look hot in them girl. Strut Your Stuff!!

I have a female friend who is about 6 feet tall. She is self conscious about wearing high heels and always wears flat shoes even when we go to nightclubs! It looks horrible wearing flats with a cute, sexy dress. I think tall is gorgeous. I am 5 ft 7 and I wear heels all the time. Flat shoes makes your clothes look boring.

I'm tall, 5'11 and I love wearing high heels. Just because you are tall doesn't mean that you should wear high heels. My issue is that i like men taller than me so therefore it rules down my options on the man front! High heels make you walk better, make clothes look better, and are sexy!!
Please don't wear flat shoes just because your tall, be tall and proud of it!!!!!

yes, as long as you are no taller than 6'5" your good to wear heels :) have fun in those pumps!
ps. tall girls are not ugly nor scary, and to look shorter, get some flats with a skirt that flares at the knees.

if i was 5'9" i would wear heels. You could wear 3 inch heels and still be shorted than me!!!!! im 6" so never wear heels cos im already too tall! which upsets me especially as all the sexiest shoes have high heels

I am a 5 foot 11 inches. I don't ware high heels because I don't like to ware dresses that much. I also have a size 11 shoe and high hills in that size are close to impossible to find. If I did though, I probably would ware high heels.

Wear heels.Even teamed with jeans you will look elegant.With a dress or a well cut skirt you will look fantastic.With a miniskirt and t shirt you will stop the traffic.Be proud of your height and your legs.Hundreds of men will be gratefull believe me..Tall girls do not look ugly or scary.No more than any other woman does.

It should be The Law for all women to wear sexy high heels when they go for a night out! Tall women in high heels are very sexy, but only if they can walk in them without stooping.
