answer the door and ask why he is there.....should he say something about piracy, then immediately ask for a warrant.

Ah I believe this fear is over, the government no longer cares about this issue, I would only worry about receiving a bill in the mail from the record companies.

Use an EMP device to destroy everything or jus simply take out the hard drives and burn it or sumthin or better yet put it inside your pant. The agent would never look in there. :)

Reformat your hard drive! Doing so will delete everything off of it and there goes there proof!

they need a search warrant and the specified location for the search should be written in the warrant.
