with his current performance, 10. But As of yet he hasnt faced an opponent that forced him to put aside his game plan. The guy has ground game but no one good enough to make him show it.

Chuck Lidell is above Chuck Norris, but I would give him a 9 out of 10. If theres someone who can take him down, then hes done. No one has been able to take him down lately. He is ranked #2 of all of the light heavy weights.

Chuck Liddell would wipe the floor with Chuck Norris, so I guess 11 or 12? Amoung top ranked 205s, I'd say hes 8-9.

Take a look at his record 18 wins and 3 losses. That puts him winning 80% of his fights.
However these are pro's we are talking about so that would put his rating even higher. According to your grading system, I'd say a ten.
Just for the record, I'm not a big fan of Lidell but he is good and he works hard.

Fedor Emelianenko is not even a 10, so Liddell would be about a 8.
