I have been after this woman for almost a year now and we are both married, but we both like each other and we both know it. Our husbands know about it too but we feel uneasy around each other. Any ideas on how to feel more comfortable around each other? Serious answers only please.

You are uneasy because you have an audience. Get rid of the men. Go out for dinner together and just get to know one another without all of that male testosterone in the air.

you just need to get drunk and get down to business, seriously! the reason you feel uneasy is because of the 'feelings' and the 'curiosity' surrounding your 'likeness' towards eachother.
once all the curiosity is out of the way, things will be easier for you because your curiosity will be satisfied. just make sure you have a strong friendship before you make the decision.

Talk to her. See if she wants to go out sometime. Just the two of you and spend a weekend together or something. Make dates and spend what time you can together. (alone) You see your husband all the time, I'm sure he'll understand if you tell him how you feel and that you want to spend time with her too.

Sounds like you have an adultery problem. You never should have gotten married. You'll probably just end up screwing your marriage up.
