If you're refering to the nursery rhyme, its actually "pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker's man" in other words "make a cake please". But I think nearly everyone shortens it to Patty Cake, especially when they do it while clapping (or patting) hands

Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker's man.
Bake me a cake as fast as you can.
Roll it and pat it and mark it with "B"
And put it in the oven for Baby and me.
