So, I have a crush on this one kid in my school. We know each other, and I say hi to him in the hall. I'm pretty sure that he doesn't like me, but I want to tell him that I like him.
Do you think it's a good idea to tell him? Should I just wait?

This is a very cute question! If he is a cool guy and doesn't really follow a crowd. Meaning he doesn't care what other people think. Then go for it. He should be flattered that your woman enough to approach him. Most guys want a girl who knows what she wants and likes. When you feel the time is right ask him what he's doing after school. Find out what he l;ike and play on that, don't come across to needy though, don't want to seem desperate. Good luck

Don't tell him. Read "Men are from Mars. Women are from Venus." Men like to do the pursuing... you can flirt, but don't tell him you have a crush - let him wonder. If he does like you, he'll take it from there.

How well do you know this guy? A lot? A little? If you don't know him all that well, don't tell him. It drives a lot of dudes nuts if a random girl they don't even know asks them out.
