I have no idea how to translate it, though it is most likely Cyrillic Russian in some strange computer form. It could be English, though. If there's a site out there that translates this, please post it. I only put a few words...

I do not have it in Cyrillic, this is the only way that it was given.
I am also wondering if there is any program, or feature on a certain email service that can accept Cyrillic.

sorry not russian, can't seem to find what language it is, the letters just don't appear no matter what i do
