Black, your english is very poor and the question doesn't make sense. Why don't you get someone you know to write the question in decent English with a little more detail so that we can be helpful.
My guess is that you are saying that she is always cool and collected, unlike yourself. You are not sure that you will come up with the right words and that she will either be amused or turn you down. Also, you must not know this girl very well or she would know ahead of time that you were going to pop the question. I think you need to slow down and calm yourself and put this off for another day. The man must be in charge of himself and feel comfortable with himself before he brings another person into his personal life - and home. Don't propose. And if you insist, get a lot of feedback from others. Good luck

Wake her gentley in the morning. Tie a string to her finger and slowly start to withdrawl the string and at the end of it will be the ring,..it will slid down the string to her finger,...you don't need to ask with something like that. she'll say yes.
