I want to make some pancakes from a mix like Aunt Jemima, Bisquick, or Hungry Jack. What is the best mix to use? I don't want to make them from scratch, so no recipes - thanks!

NOT Busquick. I use the Aunt Jemima, but make sure you get the mix that requires adding eggs, milk and oil. The mixes that say - Just add water or milk, do not taste good. Also, it always tastes better if you wait 10-15 minutes after you combine and mix all the ingredients before you start cooking. Good Luck.

I like the Bisquick for pancakes. Plus, if you don't want to make pancakes another day, Bisquick is good for other things as well. If you get Aunt Jemima or Hungry Jack to make pan cakes, that's all you'll be making with it. Good luck!

Bisquick makes wonderful light fluffy pancakes. I've tried the others and I would never use anything but Bisquick.
