Just offer her if she wants to have lunch or tea with u as a friend. From ther u can find out when u guys talk. And if she says she does, then u can ask her for another lunch out.

try flirting with her a little before you ask her out. you'll probably be able to tell if she reciprocates any feelings or not. if you think she might be interested, ask her out on a casual date or on a group date or just out with you and your friends. you don't want there to be a lot of pressure or for it to be awkward. worst case she says no and you move on. it's just a growing experience and you'll get over it.
