i work out at home with cathes, the firm and bill blanks tae bo
it has great ab workout
drink lot of water
keep record of you eatings and workout done , you will see your progress..

Crunches are good for strengthing the muscle but if you have any body fat on top of the muscle you will not see it. The best way to widdle down the ab area is to lose body fat. Plain and simple. Cardio combined with weight training in addition to eating clean will do the trick in no time.

Their is a good book available "abdominal training" by Christopher Norris this will take you through all the core exercises you will ever need and help with posture exercises such as bridging, planking, crunhes, twisting crunch, reverse crunch, stability ball work etc.

eat less chips and do more sit ups. get a sit up machine so you don't hurt your back.
