No such thing. Even with a good record, extra driver training courses and a good student discount, it will still be expensive. Young people lack experience and are subject to peer pressure which could push them to do something stupid.

Dont count on it, you can either get a compact car and save money on gas, while paying an arm, a leg, and a first born child for insurance, or get yourself a pickup truck pay dirt cheap insurasnce, and put up with the gas mileage, I'd get the truck just because you pay the same in the end, it's easy to find a used truck for a good price, V-8s are easy to fix maintain, modify, and dont lose much gas mileage when modified, A 1988-1998 chevy truck with the 305 V-8 can get 20mpg when you take good care of it, Dodges dont get the greatest gas mileage but they have some serious pulling power, and dont go with a Ford because you'll never stop fixing it

The more claims there are the more expensive insurance becomes. There is no cheap insurance for young people and this pricing is based on driving experience and % possibilities that young drivers drive wrecklessly.
As a temporary workaround if this is available in your country, you can insure the car in name of an adult (example a parent) and add an option in the insurance to cover a driver aged 18+.

Try 'Admiral' they're pretty good at the moment. Don't bother with these fast find internet sites, I found them very inacurate.
