Wow. Lucky you. I am a veggie chick. :) If you want to put on some lbs, then eat pasta. That always works for me. In fact, I skip eating it and just stick the spaghetti directly on my butt.

Being a vegetarian is cool, and all, but it's nearly impossible for a child to reach his full size potential on a vegetarian diet.
A proper diet can mean the difference in a foot or more of height - I'm not kidding - look at the studies done with the Ashanti tribes in the 50's and 60's. They don't let you do comparative studies like that any more, so you have to go back that far.
A vegetarian diet may be best for fully matured humans, but for growing people, you need a more complete diet.
Anyway, if you insist, you need to work with a dietician who can plan meals that include all 8 essential amino acids - thesse are the key that you're looking for. These are essential to proper growth and size.

eat lots of "RAW" nuts. they are full of healthy fats that your body needs and will help you to gain weight. Roasted nuts are bad becuase the fats in them have been chemically altered due to heating. also eat lots of whole grains and beans together...they contain all the amino acids your body needs to grow

Eat lots of nuts because they make up for the protein that u miss by not eating meat. Also eat lots of wheat and grain. Try not to limit on wat u eat and eat until ur full and satisfied.
