Ok, this is a tough one...I don't want to go to the grocery store, I do not have a grill... I have bratwurst and kraut, and trying to find a recipe that has minimal ingredients. Ingredients that are in the average cabinet, and I am out of potatoes, :) just looking for ideas if there are any out there.

You could par-boil the bratwurst, then brown them in your

oven in the broiler. The kraut you could add some brown

sugar and cook with the meat drippings. . Maybe have some

noodles as a side dish. Put the finished bratwurst in with

the kraut for flavor.

is the kraut raw...? probably in a can...
fry the bratwurst in a pan or grill in the oven.... cut round breads in to half, add the bratwurst+mustard .... you can add some fried onions in oil (no bater though).... enjoy the meal with a nice cold beer.....

So either as a sandwich or just serve kraut, bratwurst, bread, mustard

I would just put the brats and sauerkraut in a oven safe dish and cook at 350 for 3 hours. Maybe sprinkle some salt and pepper. Too bad you are out of taters....the juice is awsome on mashed.

Put your ingredients in a shallow baking dish and add unsweetned apple juice half way up the pan. Bake uncovered till wurst is done. Its simple & delicious. The same applies for fresh kielbasi. Serve on toasted frankfurter buns.

take afork and poke a couple of holes in each..only like one poke per a brat. then take your favorite beer or wine and soak it in there for a little while 1-2 hours. then grill it ! kids can eat it too . for a side try corn on the cob or boston baked beans!
