I don't think a normal human can live without sin, but I believe that a honest, pure soul can live in holiness and peace with God.

Free from sins dominion but not free from having no sin.
1 John 1:8
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

Romans 6:22
But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.

possible but not probable in this day and age. what might be considered a sin by you I may not and what I consider a sin you may not because of our free will and perhaps different belief systems.

A human who was devoid of sin would appropriately be referred to as the Christ.

I believe it is futile. Christlikeness is not realistic. To put that ungraceous weight on people is a trick to get them to strive to be as good as they can be...that might sound fine but it can give people a negative reinforcement to poor self-esteem, push them into performance-orientation and make them legalistic.

yes
no one is perfect
but we have been selected or have been set apart to be like HIM... holy
He proved it himself when he came down as a man
by HIS blood which was shed on the cross it is possible
but not in our own strengths
