we had a love date, but i haven't seen him since because i told him i didn't want a relationship then, i suppose he thought it was an excuse to keep him away, but it wasn't, so none of us did the next move. Now i think about him a lot would you call him?it's a little out of place i think

I'm not familiar with the term "love date." If it means you went out with a guy and had sex, and you haven't seen him in ten months, I'd just forget it. He was unimpressed with you and/or your performance. Men don't usually give up on what they like and value.

Yeah, I wouldn't give you a second chance after you rejected me either. When you tell someone you do not want a relationship after something special like a "Love Date".. I think you mean sex.... not really sure what a "Love Date" is... but anyway after 10 months almost any guy will have found someone else who is will to make a commitment. Move on and learn from it....

It is your responsibility to call him. Say " I am sorry, but I think there was a misunderstand in my remark back then. It wasn't that I did not want to see you again. So, I was wondering if you would be interested in seeing me sometime soon?"
"If you have a girl friend now. I'll understand, but I would like to know what happened".
Maybe you could do it by e-mail if that would make you feel better.

Well do you or don't you like him, it seems your still unsure. Maybe you should suggest a friendly meeting of the two that way you can sort this out.
