Ok let me try to figure this out, if my crush doesnt like me, why does she respond to my eye flirting and I alwayssee her starring at me when i'm not looking. Then when i do look at her,we only stare at each other for a long time ( she has a pleasant look on her face, smirks a bit) but she doesn't come over n talk to me. Whats going on....what does she want from me?

maybe she wants you to come up to her and talk to her.. she may be an old school girl... guys are the ones who are supposed to make the move.. Just cuz it is the new milineum don't mean some of us girls are modern in relationships. I would still want the guy to come to me first

Stop making eye contact and GO FOR IT! Then you will know that she wants you, or that she's just being a tease and not worth your time. Either way you'll be able to move on, because this sound like it's getting ridiculous!!

Then she must be wanting YOU to start the coming over and talk to her. And subtly tell her that u're interested into knowing her more. if she's interested, then take it up to a higher level but asking her to lunch or something. Most girls love to take baby steps, as a precaution.
