The color white appears as light blue. The color codes are all set at 255 and the html code is set at fffff but it still appears as light blue. It still prints up as white. I don't have the issue with any other programs just on PSPX.
Does anyone know how to remedy this?

You could do three things:

1. Mix all the colors together by dragging and dropping them. Since all colors mixed together produce white, there you go. Then cut and save it, for future reference.

2. Run it through a reverse prism. It's called a Prism Reverser. You can buy it at Toys R Us. But make sure the Toys R Us has the R facing the right way, that way you know it's a Reverse Toys R Us,

3. Listen to any White Stripes song. Then take that stripe, widen it, and then you'll have a big white rectangle for your use. Just be sure not to listen to the Black Crowes right afterwards.

Sounds to me like your monitor is off.
Adjust the colour on your monitor until the swatch shows as white.
Since it prints as white ... the program is set up right.
It's the colour on your display that need adjusting.
