You have fast metabolism. That's normal especially when you're always active - sports, workout, and other related settings.

You might want to seek a doctor's opinion. Several factors could be the reason why you are hungy all the time. Diabetics are usually hungry all the time. You may have a very high metabolism or a tape worm.

Either you have some sort of eating disorder or it's just normal. Just eat when you're hungry, no other reasons.

if you're hungry all the time it's probably because you're eating empty carbs or foods that lack nutritional value...so you're body is telling you to keep eating til your nutritional needs are met. So eat nutrient dense foods that are raw and unprocessed and stay away from "white" foods or foods that contain white flour, white sugar, white vinegar because they lack any nutrients and are literally poison to your body

Are you eating all the time? If so, what are you eating? Is it processed foods? Junk food? Sugary foods? Or are they foods like lean chicken, turkey, beef and raw veggies? What you put into your body really makes a difference.
