I've heard a lot about downside life. From New York City Underground to Atlanta, Georgia, there seems to be another life going on under our feet.

There is a species of cat fish that have breed and lived in darkness for so many generations that they now have no sight. I suppose this could also happen to humans if it was constant for several generations

Id say no to this one.
however, they have found species of blind fish underground.
apparently the fish had not been using their eyes.
after THOUSANDS of years of evolution they lost their vision.
thats like humans, will take many many generations!!! not within your lifetime thats for sure
