No, she won't lose weight faster, but you will probably succeed in lowering her self esteem to the point that she continues to put on more weight and becomes more depressed. If you have a problem with how she looks it would be far more humane to just break up with her by telling her that you two are wanting different things out of life. (Not because she is fat or ugly) Just remember what goes around in life comes around. Whatever you say or do to hurt her will come back to you one day.

Alot of people are going to probably attack you here, but I'm going to praise you for being honest with your girlfriend. Along with honesty, there should also be a level of respect and a willingness to HELP your girlfriend lose the weight. Perhaps you two can schedule a time to work out everyday and try different low cal meals? I think insulting her just to be doing it is not going to help you or her. If you want her think and want the relationship to work, you need to put in effort.

No such ingredient as rapid weight help. besides, you need to provide up eating pop/soda (in case you drink it) and don't consume junk nutrition (fatty sugary meals). upload culmination and vegetables on your "weight loss application" and drink 64oz of water an afternoon (in case you may) consume around 1200-1600 energy an afternoon (in case you pass over like a million-ninety 9 you would be high-quality). undertake a workout - including working (30mins an afternoon). working is super, you will drop some pounds for specific. yet once you extremely can no longer stand working then you definately ought to attempt different cardio workouts (have been you sweat alot) - bicycle, stairs, strolling (a million a million/2 hours an afternoon). you need to lose approximately 2lbs each week (healthiest and quickest) superb of success!

If you keep telling your girlfriend that she's fat and ugly, the only thing she'll want to lose is you. You can't bully someone into losing weight. If she's that overweight, she has to come to that realization and decide what to do about it herself.

are you crazy, you are a person she trust and by telling her that, you are more likely to crash her wall, that is if you haven't done it already. haven't you got any sense running in your brain or what. why don't you take some time to appreciate her for who she is and stop focusing on changing her just for your own self. And for your question no, she will and probably won't lose weight faster, you are her boyfriend- a person she looks up to for comfort not hurt- so try at least to be comfort to her and not hurt her.

That's a great idea! I bet she can lose 200 pounds of ugly fat in just one day - she can dump your fat behind and find a man who will love her for the real person she is.

I can't believe you would do that to someone. Telling someone they are fat just makes them feel like sh*t. It usually drives them to something of comfort which is usually eating and not getting out of the house...cuz they are depressed and ashamed of themselves. I wish your gf would post up a question so I could tell her to lose some weight...YOU!

no, she's just gonna want to beat the sh*t out of you more and more each day, and she'll smarten up and find someone who is more deserving of her.
I can understand not liking someone who is fat, but dang, if it's that much of a deal, break up with her and find some other piece of meat to F#@K.
