putting ice on them actually helps some because they're just bruises. I got gigantic hickeys at a party one time and that helped them go away in like 4 days and one covered half my neck, ya it was kinda gross lol. I've heard that freezing a spoon and then putting the curved side on it is supposed to help but I'm not sure. I've also heard lemon juice helps but I don't know about that either. If you want to cover them up get a concealer that's green and put that over the whole thing but not real thick and then put foundation over top, that works for hiding them.

Massage the area for awhile to break up the blood that has pooled under the skin and allow it to disperse into the body a little better. That's about the best you can do until it fades on its own. Hickeys are just bruises, and bruises take time to completely heal. Sorry.

I know this sounds strange but you need to get a brush or a comb and brush on it. That's gonna break up all the blood cells that are stuck in one place, and it will probably hurt like hell but the harder and longer you brush on them for, the quicker you'll see results. I once had a huge one on my neck and was leaving for summer holidays with my family the next day, and did this the night before and the next morning, and it was hardly noticeable, and was easily covered up with concealer. Good luck!

awww! get a finetoothed comb like for your hair and comb it but not too hard
then put ice on it or massage it and alternate combing and icing/massaging
then use some coverup for a few days
if you keep up with the comb/icing for about an hour a day it should be gone in about 2 days or so.
