well first yes they are a huge waste of money .First off why would you eat the carbs in the first place if you are gonna take a carb blocker ? would'nt make better sense not to eat the carbs ? I will tell you though carbs have gotten a bad rap fact is they are not bad for you at all .In fact carbs are what give you energy to get thru your day so why would you not want that ? How about using good portion control, lowering the amount of sugars and saturated fats from your diet ,(cutting down on meats is a great start here subtitute some beans here for your protiens)Getting some veggies and fruits and whole grains and go out and get that body moving ,You'll have energy like you won't believe and a body you've always wanted. good luck you simply can't go wrong here.

not really & they give you gas pretty bad. Save your money & learn what to eat & what to avoid. And of course, exercise --daily will get your metabolism goin' stronger.
Oh, and give yourself permission to have the OCCASIONAL munch-fest--without the guilt, preferrably.--do a longer workout afterward--the next day of course, 'cuz who wants to exercise a bloated feeling--Good luck
