No, of course it's not illegal; although it's not particularly legal to sell them. They're clearly counterfeit though, and street vendors that sell $10 watches and sunglasses under Rolex, Omega and Oakley names, it's pretty obvious they're fake.

Generally no one cares as long as you didn't buy a fake Omega watch at a real Omega price.
