Hi, I am going on a trip in 2 weeks and need to drop at least 10 pounds. I need to know what sort of exercises are good, I need to trim down my upper thighs and buttocks as well. I do have a gym membership and I am going to start going back tomorrow.
Also what sort of diet would be good as well as the exercise to begin with.
I have two different weight supplements Zantex 3 and Hydroxycut which one would give me more of a benefit while exercising and dieting.

I can say-- drink only WATER-and plenty of it, and you should go to the gym every am and every pm. Work hard!! Cut out all sugar and breads. I think if you eat more greens and work out alot--it should come off. Maybe not 10-- but at least 5! Good luck!! I'm rooting for you!

Walking briskly is a good starting exercise. For a very rapid initial weight loss, Weight Watchers has an excellent quick start and for ONLY two weeks, a high protein, low carbohydrate diet will get off at least 10 pounds. Dr. Stillman had a book out a few years ago for a high protein diet. As with all diets, a Dr.'s O.K. is essential. Good Luck.

Like someone said above, the best diet will make u lose 2 lb per week therefore 4lb in 2 weeks. Diets that make u lose more than that will make u gain double that weight once u start eating again.
exercice is good but it doesn't make u lose weight it changes fat into muscle only. To lose weight u should have a healthy balanced diet. So no sweets, fatty foods, fast food, lots of veggies and fruits, less meat and cheese and milk, enough carbs

Sorry but the healthiest you can lose in 2 wks would be anywhere around 4-6 lbs.
Stay away from diet supplements. I tried them once and they nearly made me vomit, not to mention that they raised my heart rate.

Try the fat smash diet by Dr Ian Smith it is at the book store for about 12$ it really works Good Luck

go to wal mart and buy one of them track suits that are plastic ..they have them at the fitness section wear them every time u work out I promise u it will make u sweat 2 times as faster especially if u went joggin or walkin with them on ...wear the pants part and wear like 2 joggin pants over them u will sweat so bad on your thighs and booty area ..and get some colon cleanser from GMC it will take so much out of your intentines all the no good stuff u know...drink lots and lots of water ...no bread at all...
