Losing weight fast is NEVER good.
If you lose weight at a good slow pace. You will be more at keeping the weight off longer and more steady.
If you try crash diet that makes you lose very quickly, one you will gain all back, plus more the minute you stop the crash diet.
You should contact your doctor first and discuss with him/her what is best for you.
The number one key to successfully weight lost is exercising.
You will be more tone and look and feel so much better.

Michael Thurmond (I think I spelled his name right) has a plan that works fast and is very healthy. It's called the 6 week body makeover. This program is a little tough to follow at first because of emotional attachment to sugars and fats but is well worth the trouble.
