Do not be a sheep and simply follow the crowd, be a trailblazer, an example for others to follow.

This is the classic "non-conformist" quote. It basically means: Do not follow the crowd. Make up your own mind about what you want to do. Robert Frost wrote a poem about this very topic called The Road Not Taken.

The Road Not Taken is a poem, published in 1916, by Robert Frost in his collection, Mountain Interval.

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

And looked down one as far as I could

To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,

And having perhaps the better claim,

Because it was grassy and wanted wear;

Though as for that the passing there

Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay

In leaves no step had trodden black.

Oh, I kept the first for another day!

Yet knowing how way leads on to way,

I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh

Somewhere ages and ages hence:

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference

I think this quote means to not go where everyone else is going. So the path is a metaphor for where most people are going in their life. To go where there is no path, as in doing something that most people aren't doing, leave a trail means to make your path known. That the way everyone else is going isn't the only way to be successful, that the path you made for yourself is a choice too. I hope you understand my explanation. Good luck!

It means you should go your own way and be a leader and not a follower who just follows the path that was laid for them

My interpretation of this quote is basically not to be afraid to forge your own destiny and with that, leave a distinct impression on society, history, etc. Be a leader, not a follower, and be true to your own aspirations which you must fulfill wholeheartedly no matter how unconventional they may be. Good luck, and I hope this helps.

It means don't follow what others tell u, have ur own thoughts and follow them , discover things for urself, don't just blindly follow what others r saying and doing. Let others follow u, in short become a leader so tht others follow u.
