A long as that ugly person has the cash to pay for their drinks. They can drink as many as they want. So yes it's allowed. Didn't you notice if the martini was "shaken, not stirred"?

No no, it is not illegal, there is no law against it. However . . . it is common knowledge (or ettiquette) that ugly persons don' t drink martini's in public places, Restaurants or bars. It is however allowed for them to drink them in the privacy of their home or when the Martini is served in an anonyous glass at least 10 ft. away from the bottle.

I am not sure how this answers your question, though. I'm thinking, perhaps the person who bought them the drink thought they were beautiful, or perhaps drinking it makes them feel exotic. Perhaps they don't care and drink it because they like the flavour.
I don't think it's against any rules, not really. You don't have to believe everything they try to tell you in the adverts!

Of course it's allowed my darling, have you ever heard of the song "They're Aint No Ugly People After 2 a.m." One is quite partail to a glass of Dry Martina, shaken not stirred, and after comsuming about 6 or 7 glasses, I'M SHAKING DARLING STEVENS!

You must have been in Aveley or Chadwell St'Mary in Essex UK....Most ( Women ) are phucking pig ugly there ....( or on the Game ) ...or even both... I think it should be made a Crime ... Also Fat slags in ski-pants and trainers....( yuk ).... Most have a Tattoo on there shoulder of some bloke that most probably in prison now..!!!
