My cousin is 4'10 and 65 pounds. She is petite for her age, and has very long legs.

Is she too thin?

I've seen her eat, oh yes. She eats by the tons! She says she could eat all day. She is a very happy kid, and I've been watching her for awhile since people have been saying she is so thin. She doesn't go straight to the bathroom or anything, trust me.

Yes your cousin is underweight.u didnt mention her age.Any medical problem?thyroid?malabsorbtion? if not....

.I believe she has a very fast metabolism.as a result her diet needs to be planned.high protein, carbohydrate diet will help with lots of red meat if shes non veg.a minimum of 6 meals a day at regular intervals.
too much fidgeting and activity if possible should be minimise.
a multivitamin tablet will improve her nutrition, too.

im sure with age she will start slowing down and start gaining weight.

Yes, way too skinny, A person 4'10" is suppose to be between 85 to 100 pounds according to the BMI chart. tell her to eat some damn McDonald's

She is a few pounds underweight for her age and height, but if she has a very small frame, she may well be okay. If there is a concern, then someone should take her to see the doctor. HTH : )
