It is my grandfather's birthday and I have no idea what to get him. He is an avid golfer (during the summer as we live in an area with winter). He watches lots of sports on TV.

I'm that age and I just recieved a nice 3 quarter rain, pull over rain jacket that keeps me warm and dry because I live in Michigan. Any golf store will know what I'm talking about. I would not have thought of it myself.

Golfers are VERY particular about everything from clubs to balls, so don't buy him an actual item. I give my husband (a hacker, by his own description) gift certificates to the local golf store, and he loves being able to pick out his own stuff. Last Christmas he got a new pair of Calloway golf shoes and is STILL thrilled with them.

If not the gift certificate, then definitely a round at his favorite course - or one he has always wanted to play, but hasn't, because their greens fees are ridiculous.

Happy birthday, Pops! Keep on swinging!

Avid golfers (Like myself) Will have all the essential gear that they need to golf, However there are many things that get used up quickly and often need replenishment.

A gift bag of assorted golf goodies would be nice to recieve, Such as:

Golf tees,
Golf balls,
Maybe a glove, If he's right handed, Left glove,
Visor/hat,
golf towle,

Or if that sounds like a small gift you could always find one of the much nicer resorts around your area, And Pay for a teetime for him. That is always a treat to recieve.

Hope i helped.

a unfold finder is a sturdy theory. For $2 hundred i think of you may get the laser sort. those are the factor and shoot sort, not the receive direction documents/GPS sort. For $2 hundred you additionally can purchase him a precise of the line pair of golf shoes. that's what i could get him. you may get extremely superb, extremely comfortable shoes for in basic terms $2 hundred and he will positioned on them each time he performs. i could siggest not paying for him a club of any sort. !st, he already has golf equipment and 2d you do not comprehend what he likes or desires. i could lots extremely purchase my own golf equipment or bypass with somebody paying for me golf equipment. SO thus that would not be lots exciting. i think of golf shoes are a staggering present. precise of the line golf shoes are some thing a great sort of people do not prefer to spend $2 hundred on, yet they are so superb and comfortable once you have them. you in basic terms experience extra effective on the top of the day.

Trust me, he has all the golf stuff he can stuff into a closet.... But a poster of a 1936 Pin-up girl would be fun (Rita Hayworth, Betty Garble ... etc)

well, if he still plays golf i am assuming he is in pretty good shape for his age so maybe buy him something to practice with at home like a chipping net, or a full net to hit shots into
