One comedian said "you may not be a hoe but your wareing the uniform.." Naming something is an act of authority or power.
Everyone ASSumes they know what others are up to by inferense. Some especially spiritual types want to see themselves as very sencitive and insightful. And the kicker for them is that you need their insights oh so badly.
