So many women's legs are smooth and healthy but mine look like a plucked chicken. It's from always scratching and never really taking care of the skin on my legs. Suggestions? I used Nair to remove all the hair on my legs. Now what?

What kinds of lotions should I use? Would a chocolate massager work whether or not you have a sense of smell?

Lotion religiously with lotion made for extreme dryness! Try to LIGHTLY self tan your legs! And this might sound weird but use Johnson's baby oil SPARINGLY to add a bit of a glow & gleem.

You could try waxing... I like waxing because you don't have to shave every couple of days. Drawbacks are that waxing can be a bit painful, and you have to let the hair grow a little bit long so the wax can grip it.

Also make sure you are moisturizing enough. I use Aveena bath oil in the shower after I wash, and then put lotion on after I get out of the shower and dry off.

My mom mentioned today that coconut juice (tonic, made from Goya, you should be able to find it at your local supermarket grocer) is great for making your hair shiny. I assume it's because of it's nutrients. As far as your legs, I'm sure it'll do the same thing.

Also start taking vitamins, just once every day. Vitamin C is great for your skin, bones and gums.

Here also is a link I found. Good luck.

lotion, lotion , and more lotion. i would suggest using one of those new lotions that have just a hint of self tanner in them. you can't mess them up and the tan builds over time, so you are in control of how dark you get. i am a red head and have really pale skin. my legs look horrible also. i use it this stuff and it makes them look a lot better.

be careful using nair it broke me out, so you choose to shave your legs I would use a good razor with shaving cream that conatains aloe. or sensitive skin. but if you choose to use nair always use a light cream after showering like nivea, or jergens glow that is a good one. good luck
