When i'm confused between Mechanical and Electrical engineering (undergraduate, junior) and want to become a mission specialist (astronaut) or want to study Mechatronics(Robotics), which one will be the better choice?

l'm currently ME in UCLA, but circuit thing is little more fun to me.( I've joined a electrical engineering project group) but i hate computer science

You need to major in electrical and minor in mechanical engineering to accomplish the goals you have set for your self. Talk to an adviser or someone that works in both fields.

In Constructions world everyone talks about ElectroMechanical Engineers because most of the time systems require so. If you do get a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical it shouldn't be too hard to get the other one afterwords (yes you should consider that option , a second degree that is, if you are aiming at mission specialist) Further to that I know that there are schools that do Mechatronics (Mechanical & Electronics) Degrees

The fields are becoming more and more related. Many fields, such as robotics, require knowledge in both.

If you are truly interested in both - and enjoying electrical, I would suggest you switching to Electrical. As a mechanical engineer, I think the concepts in mechanical engineering are easier to conceptualize based on inherent knowledge than those in the electrical areas.

Electronic has been good to me. All mec, elec, and robotics ,a big plate. As I get older and was with N.A.S.A for 17 yrs. I see that they were all merging and computers is affecting all. For instance a 40' dish ,u will find that the electronics control the hydraulics that mechanically moves the dish. U must be able to converge all. Good Luck

Mechanical engineering (the major of one of my sisters) deels with moving parts and objects. This includes cars, boats, heating/cooling systems, that sort of thing. Electrical engineering deels more with circuitry andpower sources and generators and such. Hope this helps with your choice.
