The leaders of these terrible acts should be tried & proper punishment should be laid down. The 3 people who should be tried is the Secertary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld for the day to day operations of this disaster. Vice President Dick Cheney who convinced a moron with power to start this unnessary war and the Commander-In-Chief George W. Bush who tried to do what his father knew could not be done. That is to bring American Democery to a Middle East country who never wanted it in the first place

Without going into a tedius explanation of the mechanics behind how even carbon steel can become powder under superhot temperatures, it suffices to say that you apparently do not understand even the basics of chemistry. I have seen firsthand an armored vehicle literally incinerated down to its frame because every last shred of aluminium on it literally burned to powder. You may want to read some more.
It really behooves you to substantiate the allegations instead of trolling. Calling up random websites with no accreditation whatseover does not count. Citing bogus "ipso facto" conclusions on the basis of little or no firsthand or even reliable secondary or tertiary analysis means that you yourself are the dupe - for being entirely too willing to draw on a wider conspiracy that has no basis in fact and being owned by it.
And really, if your casus belli against the American military is on the basis of violations of international law, why are you advocating the violation of those selfsame statutes by pushing for summary execution? That has about as much good sense behind it as calling for the abolition of rape through the sodomizing of all rape suspects.
And finally, it is really pushing the limits of credibility to be so blatantly hostile to all your answerers with an icon from a religion of peace and nonviolence. Don't be surprised if your next reincarnation cycle finds you rewarded for such hypocrisy.
Ignorance is enough of a reward for the likes of you. You are a slave who has put his collar and shackles on himself. Remain with your choices.

"Endless support from a duped public." Great attempt at propaganda, unsuccessful though it is.
No decent Americans want to see others harmed unnecessarily. None want to see people raped or tortured. If any of our troops are doing this, they need to be brought to justice. But we have a system for this, and it works most of the time.
I am no one's dupe or slave. I look at the facts and make my own decision on each situation based on the details and facts.
God Bless America, my home sweet home.

Only the loser of any war faces a War Crimes Trial not the Victor.
The true War Crime Criminals are Bush and Blair, they both say they are men of Faith, but true Men of Faith would not have the Blood of Innocents on their hand. Just look at the History of the above two, Bush Draft dodger ( too scare to fight himself, but he can send others off to die). Bush the Cheat, who can only get elected by getting his Brother to fiddle the results from the State he represents. The same Bush who signed the Death warrant on a man with the mental age of eight, and countless others(Mainly young Black Men, White middle class men in Texas it would seem don't commit murder). Then you have Blair the Poodle, or Yo Blair as Bush calls him. Blair the Poodle who does what ever Bush tells him to, instead of listening to his M.P's or the Electorate, Where was Blair when our boys were coming home in Coffins?, Why sunning himself on some Millionaire's Island that's where. I'm glad they have both found God, as I would hate to be in their shoes when at last they stand before God.
Tallerfella,
I'm Wounded, boy what a bitting comeback! NOT!!, is that the best you can do?. You can't even spell, it's Gazpode ( a literary character, not that I would expect you to know this as it involves the abililty to read.) I can't see where Assbag comes into it, as an *** is a beast of burden, unless your meant **** meaning backside, but backside bag, still not making much sense. Would you care to show me where in my statement I said anything that wasn't true?. Let's have a proper debate, not just some silly name calling. Time you grew up a little me thinks.

Stop being an idiot and a moron. The only one who is duped here is you, into believing that you truly have a purpose here. If you were truly concerned, then I could take you seriously. However, your intentions are paper thin...and anyone can see that your only purpose is to spew hate, and endorse ignorance. So, in reference to what the second answerer said, F U!

At least with a TRIBUNAL they would have a trial of some sorts, not just beheaded as they are now,and it could possibly buy them enough time to be rescued. In any situation you will have OUTLAWS as to the policy but in 99%of the situations things will be done right.......THATS WHAT MAKES US BETTER THAN OUR ENEMY,,,,,plus it gives you the freedom to spew stupidity as the statement you have written,,,,I hope you are actually smarter than that and don't believe that BS

Why can't they do exactly what is being done to them? How many of our prisoners of war have suffered horrendous torture?
They should be applauded, instead of tried in any courts for the great job that was imposed on them by a President that doesn't know diddly squat.

AMERICAN TROOPS SHOULD BE TRIED IN A WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL They are covered by the Geneva Conventions because they were the uniform of a country. Terrorists don't.
