She is 11. She is very petite for her age, and she is not looking like a skeleton at ALL.

11 year and 6 month old (female) child who is 65.0 pounds and 4 feet and 10 inches tall, has a body mass index of 13.6, which is below the 5th percentile and is considered to be underweight.
Being underweight or at risk of being underweight means that your child has a body mass index for his age that is lower than the 5th percentile. This can be normal, especially if your child has been growing and developing normally, has a healthy diet, and is active and energetic. However, being underweight can also be a sign of a problem and a sign of an Eating Disorder. Be sure to talk to your Pediatrician if your child is underweight.

If your cousin is 7 or 8 then she probably should weigh that. But I'm assuming that she's older. In which I would say that yes she is very underweight. You should tell her that she is too thin and needs to eat. If that doesn't work she needs to try going to a store like gnc or something and get some weight gainer. Ohr you could just not say anything to her and watch her turn into a skeleton right before your eyes.

YES!!! I am 5 feet even and I am currently trying to work my way up to the weight I should be at. 110 pounds. I dropped to 80 pounds, (stress!!!) and my family dr tried to admit me to the hospital. I had to have my heart monitored once a week cause being that thin is just as stressfull on your heart as being obese

http://www.weightlossresource.com/ideal-weight/

according to the above web site she is very under weight. she should weigh 109-121 to be healthy. a person needs a certain amount of fat on their body to be healthy. for instance she probably does not have a regular menstrual cycle due to her low body fat.

she should see her doctor. that would be the best advice. she would then know if her weight is healthy for her body or not.
