I need to find a GOOD Staff Accountant in N.NJ. CPA would be a plus. Besides the job boards, can anyone recommend any other groups, networks or resources that might put me in touch with them? Any Big Four groups would be perfect.

The term Staff Accountant means an accountant who is on the staff of your company. Based on the remainder of you question, that is not what you are looking for. Look for a professional organization of CPAs for help locating someone who meets your needs.
