Some people are just senstive. Try sensodyne toothpaste. Brush your teeth with your normal toothpaste as usual, rinse and spit out. Then with a q-tip or clean fingertip rub the sensodyne on the teeth that are sensitive. Let it sit there for about 5 minutes. Spit it out but don't rinse. If it's going to help you should notice a change within about 2 weeks.

Hope this helps and good luck!

as for the you never having cavities, almost everyone has acidic saliva, the more acidic the more chance if having a cavity there is. very few people have alcalid saliva that makes it nearly impossible to get a cavity, this may be your case it is a genetic thing. either that or you have taken good care of your teeth. it is possible you have cracked your tooth, and/or have an infection. best thing to do is see a dentist, they can find out whats going on.

I agree with the previous posts. Try brushing your teeth from now on with sensodyne toothpaste (you can find it in any drugstore - Rite Aid, Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, etc. etc.).
It works for me. Also, you may need to go see your dentist and have them give you a calcium infused type of gel (not sure what the name is) that you can rub onto your teeth daily to build up the protective labyer on your teeth. My dentist used to give them to me, tasted really nasty, but they worked somewhat.
Good luck

maybe because the root part of your teeth are so exposed,or you have decayed teeth that cause the root to be exposed, the root part of our teeth are sensitive, and the gums around them are the 1 that protects it from exposure try to see a dentist and they will find out the real cause but if you want some remedy, try sensodyne toothpaste,it can help to lessen the pain and teth sensitivity, and try to maintain oral prophylaxis at least twice a year

It sounds to me that you just have sensitive teeth. I do too. Just don't eat anything icey cold, wait for it to warm up a bit before putting it in your mouth.

you should probaby see your dentist. you probably have a cavity. if you don't get it taken care of the decay can become worse and turn into a root canal. take tylenol or advil for the pain and call the dentist on monday

I use this, and maybe you should at least read about it! Makes sense and works. I have no more teeth sensitivity.
