1. Children are the future. More schools; more teaching about enviroment. The "Peace Corps", "Catholic Charities", "Red Cross", and "Jesuits" are major educators to the poor in other countries. Often they provide basic education to all children.
2. Tax breaks for companies who have "Global enviroment" policies. Since most major companies are global, well, they follow USA enviromental laws in the USA, but do what ever is allowed in other countries.
3. Best thing for the enviroment is to get rid of our use of coal (China is major user) and oil; replace these with enviromental friendly alternatives.

Good: if we increase global interaction in economics, the world's affluent population increases; affluence leads to demand for environmental quality.
Bad: Transportation/Shipping is massive energy consumption. In agriculture, people should eat local produce for a variety of reasons from energy conservation to preventing deforestation to minimizing pesticide/herbicide/fungacide use as well as chemicals to keep the produce fresh longer.

even though it will lead to exploitation, we can get every thing every where.so it is good and also cheaper to be global.
